Recently, Walmart.com was selling these 20-pack lots of older basketball packs for $20/lot. People were discussing them on the Blowout Cards Forums, and a couple of people reported bringing in some great packs. I love a good treasure hunt, so I splurged on several of these lots. Well, they turned out great! Some of the lots I received even included some Topps Chrome packs and some older Upper Deck packs (during their basketball heyday).
